Veganized scrambled omelette with chickpea flour and other plant-based ingredients!

1/2 cup chickpea flour
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt*
1/2 cup chopped veggies of choice
Spices and herbs of choice as needed
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Oil as needed (optional)
*Replace regular salt with black salt (kala namak) to give it a more egg like flavour.
Combine chickpea flour, salt, spices and herbs, nutritional yeast and water and stir until no lumps.
Combine veggies to the mixture.
On a lightly greased pan and/or non-stick pan on medium heat, pour the mixture.
Cook like scrambled eggs until it's all well cooked and then enjoy!
