Vegan Scrambled Omelette

Veganized scrambled omelette with chickpea flour and other plant-based ingredients!

  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp salt*

  • 1/2 cup chopped veggies of choice

  • Spices and herbs of choice as needed

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

  • Oil as needed (optional)

*Replace regular salt with black salt (kala namak) to give it a more egg like flavour.


  1. Combine chickpea flour, salt, spices and herbs, nutritional yeast and water and stir until no lumps.

  2. Combine veggies to the mixture.

  3. On a lightly greased pan and/or non-stick pan on medium heat, pour the mixture.

  4. Cook like scrambled eggs until it's all well cooked and then enjoy!
