Vegan Banana Bread

Gluten, oil and sugar-free vegan banana bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ripe bananas

  • 2 1/2 cups oat flour

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup plant milk

  • 1/2 cup dates

  • 1/2 cup walnuts


Instructions

  1. Mash 2 of the bananas with a fork. (Leave the other 1/2 for topping)

  2. Add in the other ingredients (blend the dates first)

  3. Top with leftover banana and more walnuts

  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°c or 350°f
