Gluten, oil and sugar-free vegan banana bread.

Ingredients
2 1/2 ripe bananas
2 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup plant milk
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions
Mash 2 of the bananas with a fork. (Leave the other 1/2 for topping)
Add in the other ingredients (blend the dates first)
Top with leftover banana and more walnuts
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°c or 350°f
