How to make your own perfect Buddha Bowl:
Veggies - fresh or cooked
Starches - rice, buckwheat, quinoa, potatoes, pasta, etc.
Proteins - tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas, etc.
Greens - spinach, kale, arugula, lettuce, etc.
Fats - hummus, avocado, tahini, nuts, etc.
Sauce (optional) - soy sauce, SRIRACHA, mustard etc.
