Six Ways to Toast

Easy, healthy and nourishing breakfast toasts.

1. Avocado and radish toast

  • 1 slice of bread

  • 1/2 an avocado sliced

  • 1 baby radishes thinly sliced

  • Red chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper


2. Peanut-butter and banana toast

  • 1 slice of bread

  • 1/2 a banana sliced

  • 1 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter

  • Some chia seeds

  • a drizzle of vegan honey


3. Vegan Cream cheese and cucumber

  • 1 slice of bread

  • 1 tbsp of vegan cream cheese

  • 3 cucumber ribbons

  • Salt and pepper

  • Some microgreens


4. Hummus and balsamic roasted tomatoes

  • 1 slice of choice of bread

  • 1 tbsp of hummus

  • 10 red baby tomatoes roasted in balsamic vinegar

  • 3 yellow baby tomatoes fresh sliced

  • drizzle of balsamic vinegar


5. Mushrooms and pesto

  • 1 slice of bread

  • 1 portobellos mushroom sliced and roasted

  • 1/2 tbsp of vegan pesto


6. Macadamia nut butter and berries

  • 1 slice of choice of bread

  • 1 tbsp of macadamia nut butter

  • 2 strawberries sliced

  • a few blueberries

  • some flax seeds

  • a drizzle of vegan honey
