Delicious plant-based treat!
2 tbsp peanut butter
50g dark chocolate
1 tsp maple syrup or agave
Pulse oats in a blender into oat flour.
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add the oat flour, peanut butter and maple syrup to mashed banana and mix until everything is combined.
Shapes the mixture into evenly sized balls with your hands.
Freeze them for 10 mins and make chocolate coating.
Melt chocolate in a small bowl.
Take each chilled peanut butter ball and roll it around in chocolate until completely coated.
Place truffles on a non-stick paper and leave them in the fridge for chocolate to set.
