Blueberry Smoothie

Great for breakfast or midday snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy milk

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Add date to sweeten if needed


Instructions

  • Blend all together until smooth
